Why can’t I change the font/colours?

The colours and fonts are limited to be in accordance with our brand guidelines. This protects our branding and provides a consistent look and feel across all assets.

Where have you got my contact details from?

Your contact details were pulled through from the details inputted on the initial sign up form.

Can I change my address and contact details?

You can override the auto populated contact details with new details.

How do I use my vouchers?

If you have a voucher code then please input this at the checkout stage.

Will my credits expire?

Your credits will expire over a certain time period so make sure you use them!

I haven’t finished my design, can I need to return to it at a later date?

Your design will be saved in your ‘shopping basket’ until you log back in.

How do I know if there is a special offer on?

Special offers will be clearly shown with offers banners.

Can I track my order status?

You can track your order in the ‘My Previous Orders'’ area on your account page. Select  My Account at the top of the home page. My Account page shows your contact details, your saved designs, that haven't yet been ordered, and your previous orders. Your previous orders can be tracked under the 'Status' tab.

How much credit do I have left?

You should see your credit value at the top right of the screen.

How can I get my items?

You can download a high res PDF free of charge, you can add an animated brochure to your website free of charge or you can print standard or personalised versions at a cost.

You can add your logo and company details to any of the brochures. You can then select pages from the following categories

Frame Introduction, Casement Windows, Vertical Slider Window, Flush Sash Windows, Tilt & Turn Windows, Fully Reversible Windows, Doors Introduction, Residential Doors, Bi-Fold Doors, French Doors, Sliding/Smartfold Doors, Lift & Slide Doors, Conservatories, Conservatories 2, Orangeries.  There asre some pre-selected pages that must be included in the brochure.

Add information about your company and add a photograph.

Go to ‘let us introduce ourselves’ page. Here you can add text about your company and upload a photograph. There are 4 text boxes on the right page you can edit. To select the text box you want to edit hover your mouse over the text area and click. You can use the default text if you wish. Then select ‘Choose Image’ and upload any photograph you want to use.
